Instrument redis pool operation

Sometimes redis commands (such as GET SET) are executed very quickly, but before a redis command is executed, it usually goes to an operation to get a redis connection from the redis connection pool, which is sometimes very time-consuming (the size of the connection pool is not necessarily appropriate). This situation cannot be visualised in the existing instrumentation.

1. Monitor the operation like org.springframework.data.redis.connection.RedisConnection#getNativeConnection
2. Monitor the usage of redis connection pool
