you should consider whether you wish to use caffeine in https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-java-contrib/blob/077cd6ee15a3c5f5938484c90745f80eac66ce95/aws-xray/build.gradle.kts#L29. Version 3 requires java 11, version 2 uses sun.misc.Unsafe that will stop working in default configuration in jdk 26.
