Feature request: Support for Artifact Hub annotations

I would love if the charts had support for some of the Artifact Hub annotations. I mostly miss the change log annotations, so I can quickly see a changes between chart versions, without having to dig through several repositories.

as much as i would love to just simply PR annotations to Chart.yaml and potentially add some manual steps to the release process, i think the better and more robust solution would be to adopt something similar to how ingress-nginx (just a good example from artifacthub imo) leverages kubernetes-sigs/release-sdk. no need to reinvent the wheel. however, i think it'll be a non-trivial effort to implement this.
