Add triage sessions to README.md

This makes the specification and Collector triage sessions a little more visible to community members. The list of meetings in the Readme appears to be exhaustive at first glance, so it may not be immediately obvious to check the public calendar to see that these exist.

1. Click the share button
2. Invite cncf-opentelemetry-governance at lists.cncf.io to be an editor
3. Click the share button again
4. Click on the arrow next to the governance committee email and select "Transfer Ownership"
5. Click "Send Invitation"
