expand time travel functionality to include useReducer

Problem

React abstracts away Reducer logic and actions dispatched, which means we cannot capture that data for use in Reactime.

Solution

We attempted to override the hook in order to intercept that info before it is abstracted from the React Tree, but React caught this attempt and threw an error. Expanding functionality to include useReducer would be greatly beneficial to users, if possible.
