Import and Toggle Developer Tools doesn't work

Description

the Import and Toggle Developer Tools doesn't work.

When clicking on Import, a system screen opens to import, but after confirming the import, nothing is actually imported, everything remains the same.

When clicking on the View > Toggle Developer Tools, a side panel opens for a few seconds and then closes

Reproduction

Import

1. Click on Import
2. Choose the .json file to be imported
3. Confirm the import

Toggle Developer Tools

1. Navigate to the View menu at the top of the app and click on the Toggle Developer Tools item
