[Docs] rtmpose3d readme is not reproducible

Dear all,

Thanks for your effort. I checked your paper on extending rtmpose. I wanted to extract the 3D points using the new pipeline. However, it is completely off.

The scripts, and models, weights, and the arguments to run the pipeline are not correct.

Could you please update the readme file with functional scripts?
