'Steam Workshop' link sometimes adds an extra zero to the link

This only happens with some addons, and only happens when you search for an addon in the search bar (doesn't seem to happen when you find the addon in the 'Installed Addons' tab) To reproduce:

  • Subscribe to this addon https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1222388614
  • Search for the addon in the search bar (doesn't happen when clicking the addon in 'Installed Addons')
  • Click on the addon and on the bottom left click the 'Steam Workshop' link
  • It'll open https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=12223886140 (notice the extra 0 at the end) and steam will not find the addon
