add possible optional arguments to some aero_state calls
Some aero_state subroutines benefit from either added include, exclude or groups as optional arguments where they are lists of aerosol species. This is important for volume/mass-related items (if one wants for example the total black carbon (BC) mass concentration using f_aero_state_total_mass_conc or an array of the BC masses of every particle using f_aero_state_masses) as well as mixing state in f_aero_state_mixing_state_metrics (which groups are needed to compute other variants of the mixing state parameter)
