Feature Request: Self-Deploy the `oci_csnf_birthdaycake` API/Transformation Endpoint

I would like to be able to expose a self-deploy method for the provided transformation currently exposed/hosted by Oracle. The goal here would be to aid in adoption for people sceptical about sending data off into someone else's Cloud. Even if we just provide the Dockerfile / docker-compose file(s)?
