Pitot icing in #50

I can reproduce it. Start the engine, move rudder to the right so the ball goes to the left, then move the camera to the right.

I'm using the blue/white default livery.

Livery doesn't matter.

Is this an issue with transparency again? I remember vaguely that we had a similar issue with the heading indicator.

I reproduced it on Intel (Linux)

@gilbertohasnofb Your camera position in the screenshots is strange, I just used the default pilot view and rotated it to the right.

@legoboyvdlp If you open the pilot list, you can see a "2" in the "version" column if a user uses the 2017.2+ MP protocol, or nothing if using the older...
