[bug] Double-duplicates on CMD+D

Describe the bug

Elements double-duplicate when using the CMD+D. I think it may only double-duplicate when the element was previously duplicated. So, if I duplicate element A (A2), then try to duplicate A2, A2 creates an A2-1 and an A2-2

This is still an issue as of March 15, 2025. Also, when an item is duplicated, the onlook id needs to be refreshed. I had selected the copy of the element when I was chatting to the AI, but the chance was applied to the initial version, NOT the copy I was hoping would be edited.
