[bug] Duplicated Elements not Deleting

Describe the bug

When the user uses the CMD+G grouping hotkey, a red outline of one of the elements remains on the page. The Data Onlook ID is not refreshed

Red outlines also linger after elements are deleted

Fascinatingly, it appears elements aren't actually getting deleted in code. When refreshing the page, elements are removed from the DOM, but not code if they are duplicates of an existing element.
