Feat/improve 404 page

Fixes - #1637 - enhances the default 404 (Not Found) page with a more engaging and user-friendly design.

Testing
Verified the 404 page renders properly when visiting a non-existent route (e.g. /nonexistent)
Checked responsiveness on mobile and desktop
Ensured the Framer Motion animation loads without any runtime errors

Requires framer-motion to be installed if not already:
