Fixes - #1637 - enhances the default 404 (Not Found) page with a more engaging and user-friendly design.

Testing

Verified the 404 page renders properly when visiting a non-existent route (e.g. /nonexistent)

Checked responsiveness on mobile and desktop

Ensured the Framer Motion animation loads without any runtime errors

[!IMPORTANT] Enhances 404 page with animations and updates resize logic to lock aspect ratios.

• 404 Page Enhancement:
  • Updated not-found.tsx to include Framer Motion animations for a more engaging 404 page.
  • Changed text and layout for improved user experience.
  • Updated button text from "Back to home" to "Back to Safety".
• Resize Logic Update:
  • In resize-handles.tsx, changed aspectRatioLocked to true to enforce aspect ratio during resizing.
  • Refactored resize logic to use newWidth and newHeight for clarity.
  • Ensured minimum dimensions are respected during resizing.
