Failed to open TCP connection in TC 1.1
We are facing problem in Test Number 1.1 Smart on FHIR Discovery as Failed to open TCP connection to fhir-servicebaseurl.fhirhlqa.aws.
Please let us know if inferno dev team have any enhancement to handle this issue.
Can you verify if the URL can be access by external app such as Infenro?
I think 2 specific questions:
- Are you attempting to run the tests on https://inferno.healthit.gov, or on local installation of inferno? This is important to know because if you are running the tests from inferno.healthit.gov, the host name must be resolvable via public dns.
- Is the URL specifically
fhir-servicebaseurl.fhirhlqa.aws.comor is that just a placeholder because you don't want to share the URL here (which is fine)? If that is the case, AND you are running the tests from inferno.healthit.gov (thus requiring that to be accessible via public dns), that name doesn't resolve for me where-ever I try. A good place to verify is SSL Labs
I am using the https://inferno.healthit.gov and using Inferno Reference server and I am getting same error Failed to open TCP connection to inferno.healthit.gov:443 (getaddrinfo: Temporary failure in name resolution)
Please find the test link -https://inferno.healthit.gov/suites/g10_certification/aoFjrGCwxOb#g10_certification
Hi @Saiyed-GWHI, @GWusers -- thanks for the report. We were able to replicate the problem and believe it is now resolved. Could you verify?
