Sympy version too old

The latest upstream sympy version is 1.6.1 (released Jul 2 2020), whereas Pythonista ships only version 0.7.4.1 (released Dec 15 2013). I would really love to have the sympy (and possibly other various 3rd party modules) updated so that we can use features such as sympy.vector.Vector.
