Add localStorage support

Use case: I send a tx, the tx is in pending state, I hit refresh Expected result: I should still have loading windows showing pending state and waiting for tx to be relayed. OR query blockchain see if tx was already mined, display alert saying that your last tx was successfully processed. After having success state of tx, clean localStorage

Current behavior: The state is lost.
