Minimum SDK Version problem

I am going to use this library but my application use sdk 19. Do you have certain reason why this library minimum sdk is 23?

That was a while ago. I think it was because of some UI properties I was using in my xml files.

The issue still persist!!! Any solution to this ...

Currently I did <uses-sdk tools:overrideLibrary="me.aflak.libraries"/> in Manifest file but this is not intended in my use case as I support minimum API version 21
