Select / MultiSelect / TimePicker on mobile

Hi, i have specific "issue". When i put select into dialog with overflow-y (so all dialog items can fit on mobile) and open select, select items go below visible area and you need to scroll down. I belive easiest solution to this would be to make timepicker like select that would dock fixed to bottom screen for mobile screen width.
