Create table with fixed header, footer and body height with scrollable

hi olton how about this issue. I found it since 2018 Aug. but now is opening. I just in great need the fixed table thanks a lot! Metro 4 is wonderful!

At this stage, there are more priority tasks. Unfortunately, due to the lack of financial support for the project from the community, I can not allocate more time to work on the project.
