[Feature Request]: Add reading order/serial numbers to items in folder

Books often imported have abstract file names ordered alphabetically, would be nice to be able to order them in some reading order manually and leave them as be if that is not enabled.

Hi! As a full-stack developer familiar with building intuitive UIs and managing dynamic data structures (MERN stack), I’d love to take this on. I can implement a manual reading order feature using drag-and-drop or input fields, backed by state management and persistent storage (e.g., updating order metadata). Hi @Dagdon, thanks for your proposal! I haven’t decided yet whether I want to implement this feature. If I do move forward with it, I’d prefer to handle it myself, as it could affect other areas, like Favorites, labels, etc. or be reused for other issues https://github.com/ollm/OpenComic/issues/303. I appreciate your input and interest!
