[Bug]: "Move zoom using cursor" doesn't recalibrate after turning a page

Steps to reproduce
- "move zoom using cursor" is enabled
- manga mode is enabled
- "double page" is enabled
- Beginning with no zoom on some starting page, click the center of the screen to zoom in
- Pan around on the starting page - you should be able to comfortably pan around the entire viewport
- Turn the page - now, you will have a restricted ability to pan the zoom, and not be able to pan around the entire viewport
resetting the zoom fixes the panning, but I think that the app should be able to recalibrate/reset itself when turning the page.

Expected Behavior
I expect that I would be able to pan around the same after turning as before turning the page.
Actual Behavior
Panning zoom with the cursor after turning pages is restricted.
