Help with configuration - Need to get an App working

Hello everyone. I need to get Mesh Magic (from NCH-Software - nchsoftware.com) to work with this. I got to have it opening, but it's window keeps showing all black. Also, I don't know most of the settings' real meaning, so I guessed a configuration, but I'm unsure I did the right way. Finally, I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 5G, so, based on that, can please someone help me setting up the software ad-hoc for my hardware? I know it could be a pain, and I'll do my best to be useful and to return the favor.
