Steam does not load

Samsung S24 Ultra (SD 8 gen 3) Mobox installed clean Steam binary downloaded from official website and installed successfully. When launched, the steam.exe process creates a bunch of steamweblauncher.exe processes but no window opens. If launched with the "1.bat" file, no windows either. I don't want to mess with steamexagear because it's just too old. My Steam account has Guard enabled. Any clues? I've tried Dynarec presets 2, 3, and 35 but nothing seems to work.

Known issue right now. Steam cef stopped working on wine (wow64 vanilla specifically) since some recent cef updates.

You need to use old steam version, it's possible to download it from telegram groups.
