Open the databases of their Web services such as http://www.eki.ee/dict/ies/index.cgi and http://www.eki.ee/dict/qs/index.cgi.

It's very painful (and error prone) to scrape the data for http://vis.one/englishtoestonian/

They do lack resources. Let's see if we can make something happen with tyk.io.

Isn't dumping and sharing their database easier than integrating with whatever tyk.io is? I'm sure any of us is willing to help them run pg_dump and create a torrent. ^_^

http://www.eki.ee/dict/ies/ies_xml.txt they have it as XML.
