Motivation

Cache helps to reduce time required to fetch packages. This can reduce CI time.

Pitch

I can point to a few cache resources and how they do it in GitHub actions. If we can add this and probably reduce time it will be great.

Thanks for the interest, currently I'm not actively developing the library :( Sadly due to time constraints. But the library is still good enough to use for end users. There are lot of stuff that can be worked on.
