Please describe the new behavior that that will improve Egeria

Investigate whether we could improve developer efficiency by documenting an approach whereby

• developer makes changes in IDE
• changes are quickly/simply pushed into a k8s environment for testing
• developer is able to observe, interact, debug (including via java agents)
• By using a well defined k8s environment we a) reduce dependency on developers own local 'native' environment
