Dojo Day 1 - Add more guidance on request bodies to doc & elaborate guide for multiple servers/asset queries

During the Day 1 dojo 2022-01-17 there was some confusion over enabling of the asset-owner OMAS, particularly in terms of whether a request body was required.

Many of the configuration api calls we do in the 'Configuring and operating a server' section do not require request bodies - which we can clarify.

Later in this document we are configuring two servers in a cohort, and then issuing asset queries. These will likely require request bodies - at this point we should elaborate a little and explain how to determine the request body to be used
