ODK-X Survey app - Update menu navigation to meet the design guidelines

The menu Navigation of the ODK-X Survey app needs to be updated as that of the Services app has been updated to meet design guidelines

Why this needs to be improved: The current icons and logo on the navigation is not in sync with the Material Design system and the ODK-X guidelines.

Objectives:

• Use Icons that can be easily recognizable by users.
• For consistency across all applications.

I think you should add the link to the ODK-X Guidelines whenever you create issues, it helps anyone to see the current guidelines and what to expect.
