✏️ [ FEAT REQ ] Add Dynamic Material You Theme

Describe the feature you'd like Material You theming was introduced in Android 12 that generates a system color pallette using the wallpaper.

For devices running Android 12+, we can default to Material You theme.

Additional context Example: Fossify SMS Messenger implements this.
