🐞 [BUG] Unblocking A Phone Number Crashes App

Open HonestAbe7 opened this issue 1 year ago • 7 comments

When I go to the upper left hand menu and click "Blocking" and click "Blocked numbers" and try to remove a phone number, the app crashes or restarts without deleting the phone number. Please fix this. Thanks!

Wow, I'm experiencing the same problem. Very annoying since it seems that I've blocked my wife by mistake and that I can't read her messages now. Is there a plan to fix this ? Is there a workaround, i.e. deleting a file or something like that ?

I've managed to trigger the crash on blocking someone; the crash causes number to remain unblocked. did you block through quik or some other method?

It must be through quik since it seems I don't have any other app that can do this (and default LineageOS com.android.messaging can't do that apparently) but if I did it's by mistake

Hi, as a workaround I've uninstalled Quik & reinstalled Quik (I'm using F−Droid with LineageOS) and the number is not blocked anymore

this should be fixed in pr https://github.com/octoshrimpy/quik/pull/233 and be in the next release
