Not working when app on background and navigate to other apps

i used this library to upload images into background and foreground but when i switch between my app to other apps syncing is not woking in background

Can you drop in some more details on when the background timer stops working. Seems myself and others are having similar issues but one thing I've noticed is some people notice it stopping after a definite 30 seconds and other report it stopping X minutes. Wondering what you're running into
