Implement "Carbon Footprint" page

I would use markdown for this page and simplify the design. Typically, we have introduced custom designs to provide easier navigation for different archetypes and make content more digestible. This page will not be important to any user journeys.

But there are logos and acknowledging those sponsors is apparent. I felt there was some motivation for a custom stylized page. Not sure. Reduce priority of implementing this page until we can discuss further.

This has been partially addressed by the implementation of the Corner Title Logo Story Card.

@rdavison If we simplified the design a bit, abstracting this page, the Opportunities page, and the Success Stories page could yield our first page template: "card list page."
