Community page: stale mailing list link

The OCaml Community page has a Mailing Lists section which links to https://inbox.vuxu.org/caml-list That archive was last updated in July 2022. The official caml-list mailing list archive is at https://sympa.inria.fr/sympa/arc/caml-list/ Unfortunately, that official URL says "Web archives are restricted to mailing list subscribers ..."

I'm not sure of the proper resolution to this issue, but it seems worthwhile to have an active link to the caml-list archives.
