Add Checking Validity Job Listing Links to Link Checker GH Actions Workflow

We tend to not notice when a job listing becomes outdated until someone points us at the issue.

Links to job listings should be checked to see if there is still a 200 response and be reported as part of the "Check links" GitHub Actions workflow.
