Please grant some members of the CoC team admin permissions to this repo

When I attended my orientation meeting to volunteer for the CoC team, as per https://github.com/ocaml/infrastructure/issues/166, we learned that no one of the CoC team seems to have admin perms of this repo. It seems like this is an oversight.

Could 2 or more of the current members of the team listed in https://github.com/ocaml/code-of-conduct/blob/main/CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md#enforcement (except for Sonja, who is stepping down) please be given admin access so they can manages this repo effectively?
