Connections only blocked when LuLu.app is running (and it seems to die intermittently)

Two issues:

1. I have a "block all" rule which blocks all traffic for all apps other than things I have rules for. It seems to stop working whenever the LuLu.app isn't running, eg if I close the app, connections are then allowed even though the system extension is still running.

2. LuLu.app seems to intermittently close by itself (no longer shown in the process list) and then connections that should be blocked are allowed. I have since taken to running it from launchd to prevent this.

If 1) is intended behaviour I'd like a mode where only root can disable the firewall, this seems to be how most firewalls work. Otherwise any malware can easily make itself aware of LuLu and just terminate it when it wants to make connections
