This issue is to compare the sets of documentation in oasis-open-projects and in oasis-dev, purge duplicates, and identify which ones we will use and improve going forward. The intention will be to build a set of authoritative documents in -projects

Next step is review and recommend actions on the contents

Maybe guiding principle is that doc templates and the like go in o-o-p and -dev is reserved for internal checklists and working / test documents. In which case, most duplicates will be moved from -dev to o-o-p

Claudia and I reviewed the document on Monday, April 11th. Need to agree on the action plan for the documents listed.
