[compatible] Update curves to arkworks 0.4.2

This PR builds upon @chiro-hiro's work in https://github.com/o1-labs/proof-systems/pull/1265, rebased onto the compatible branch for use with the Mina rampup branch.

Running tests on the Mina branch here, this seems to make proving 2x slower. We should not merge this.
