look like USB disconnected! Did you touch USB cable or see USB remove and plug again in PC?

Not sure why usb disconnect. Did you draw current from VBUS? May over current?

uuu -b emmc just burn bootloader. rootfs.sdcard is whole image, which exceed emmc bootloader partition

we prefer build from git repo. Did you install git?

i.MX8MP should have experiment feature, which support USB3. but need burn fuse. I am not if it is public. You can contact FAE/AE if not public.
