[Suggestion] Fixed search-bar in the Select component

Hi, many thanks for your work! What do you think about making the select menu search-bar fixed? It would be useful to make it always accessible, especially if the list of options is very long.

Sorry for the delay, I've just got the step with Select usage at my job and will push this fix tomorrow

I'll be making other changes to the select component soon that should not affect your fix at all.
