Custom padding

It looks like the custom padding option was removed, can we have it back? I don't really like how it looks by default, so an option to customize it would be nice.

Also has the same issue, i want to remove all paddings in doom menu. Just like:

alpha.nvim can support but dashboard.nvim seems cannot implement.
