Describe the Bug

When there are more than one window, then open neo-tree, the original proportion will not be kept.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open two windows, their sizes are equal:

image 3. Open neo-tree, after this, window 1 and window 2 have different sizes:

An option for keeping the original proportion
