Documentation Translating Support

I would like to translate the documentation but I had difficulty to find where to start because it is not clear what I could translate the documentation.

This makes me need some support to translate the documentation, so I could need someone to explain what files do I need to change to make the new language available.

Okay @Atinux, and so when do you expect to finish the English documentation?

Do It apply to Nuxt 3 documentation too?

I noticed that the ground for translations of the Nuxt 3 documentation is not prepared yet, and I would like to start translating it too, but I do not have sure how much the existing could be touched and changed.
