[Admin] Persistent server logs

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The server logs in Hub Admin are a real time stream of the application. It would be great if these are persistent and queryable for future reference. Tried to track down an issue that occured last night, and was not able to do that.

Describe the solution you'd like Logs need to be stored somewhere. Ideally this could be an R2 as mentioned here. But I also noticed Logpush is only available on enterprise plans, so that's not happening.. But maybe I'm miossing something here, and there are other solutions!

We plan to support them once we move to Workeds instead of Pages. Thanks for creating the issue to keep track of it!
