[Admin Console] No info/error when repo is not available

Describe the bug

When moving a NuxtHub-connected GitHub repository to another org which has no connection to NuxtHub, no information/error is provided

Steps to reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a repo under your own account and connect it to NuxtHub
2. Transfer it to another org
3. See no error (while CF is showing one, see below)

Thanks for reporting, so far as we don't handle the GitHub app, this is a pain to handle.

Keeping it until we create our GitHub application.

The NuxtHub GitHub app handles repo and org renames. You can migrate the project to our GitHub Action if you haven't already, then ignore that notice within Cloudflare.

I believe Cloudflare's new GitHub App also handles renames now for newly linked repositories too.
