[Admin] Allow to rename uploaded blob from the admin

Hello 👋,

Do you think, when uploading an image from the dashboard, we could add our own name? I thinking of a use case where you need to replace an image of your website and having the ability to name or rename this uploaded image allow this use case.

I think it can also fit with the ability to specify the prefix (to add it inside a directory) in the upcoming modal. cc @SarahM19
