[Feature request]: Reporting settings update when a battery-powered device is available.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It's really hard to reconfigure the reporting settings on battery-powered devices, since they are in sleep mode most of the time. I have some Sonoff SNZB-02 sensors that I can't force to wake up—pressing the button or disconnecting the battery for a few seconds doesn't do anything.

Describe the solution you'd like When trying to change a reporting setting and after the first error message, ask the user if they want Zigbee2MQTT to automatically update the setting when it receives a new message from the device (device available).

Describe alternatives you've considered A frontend for configuring the default reporting settings for specific device models, so they are automatically applied during pairing with the desired values.
