Custom Device Icons Cause Constant Refreshing of Icons in Frontend

When using custom icons stored locally for Zigbee2MQTT devices, only the icons themselves constantly refresh in the frontend. This behavior does not occur when using default icons from the Zigbee2MQTT database, where the display of icons is normal.
