Feature request: Suspend/Deactivate devices temorarily

Can we have an option to suspend device operation/services (make them in-active) and reactivate em at a later time?

I have several devices which I removed temporarily due to some environment changes, but want to use em later again. Unfortunately I'm getting frequent logging and and alerts

It would be great to have an option to suspend or deactivate a device in the frontend, and therefore stop any logging/alerts or reporting in frontend or via mqtt
